Project Manager – Go-to-Market
Energy Save Group (ES Group) is a fast-growing green tech company within the heat pump industry. We develop and deliver products, systems, and services that enable significant energy savings and heating solutions across Europe.
Our core solutions are built on the latest heat pump technology and actively contribute to product development for the European market. In addition to hardware, we offer service solutions and a growing portfolio of digital tools to simplify and bring more value to the customers.
The role
As Project Manager – Go-to-Market, you will report to the COO and play a key role in ensuring successful market introductions of our products and services. You will lead cross-functional go-to-market projects, bringing together Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external partners.
You will be part of Team Operations, which includes Supply Chain, Quality, Support, Project Management, and IT. The team is driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your mission
Your main responsibility is to translate our product roadmap into structured, well-executed go-to-market plans that deliver impact in the market – on time and with high quality.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from planning to launch
Ensure alignment between product development, supply chain, marketing, sales, and distribution
Own the launch roadmap, secure deliverables, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
Collect and consolidate input from internal departments to develop sales and marketing materials, including presentations, content assets, and supporting documentation.
Gather and maintain market intelligence, including competitor pricing, product positioning, and key market developments, to provide a consolidated and up-to-date market overview.
Collaborate closely with Marketing on positioning, messaging, branding, campaigns, and communication plans
Engage with market partners to build strong launch communication opportunities
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate launch effectiveness and drive improvements
Drive continuous improvement in processes, ways of working, and execution
Who you are
A strategic and structured project leader with experience launching products or services in competitive markets
Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams
Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Thrives in an international setting with global colleagues, suppliers, and customers
Strong communicator who can turn insights into clear actions and decisions
Required skills & experience
Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, project management, or similar roles
Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Experience within energy, cleantech, or technology is a plus
Background from sales, purchasing, or product development is considered beneficial
Business-fluent Chinese is a merit
